The classic variation offers the rules of scoring 21 points, or as close to that number as possible, but not exceeding it. The game mainly involves a single deck of cards. Each card has a suit value, for example where the queen and king are 10 points each, and the ace can be 1 or 11. You have to get 21 points before the dealer to end the game.

One deck of cards is used, without insurance. At the beginning of the game, the dealer deals himself one open card, and receives the second only when all players have made their moves.
